Here at Birch Tree Haven, we believe in the power of the mind. One of the most profound things ever said to us was, “be careful what you tell your mind because your mind is always right”. In this information age, we are bombarded with thoughts, opinions and facts in such an overwhelming amount that it can be hard to distinguish your own thoughts and inner voice. That is where Guided Meditation can come in. There are many scientific studies proving the validity and benefits of meditation for overall wellbeing, but there is research being done about just how powerful your mind and perception really is. We’ve seen first hand how specifically guided meditations can be healing and life-altering, and that’s why we want to share this with you! Sessions are 30 minutes long and can be focused on a variety of topics, including:

Connect with our Meditation Guide who has over 10 years of experience to tailor this unique session just for you and your needs. Meditations can be done lying on the massage table or the floor, or seated in a chair or on the floor (bolsters and mats available).
