Are you ready to face your shadow? This form of Energy Healing is for those ready to face their deepest wounds and patterns to create change in their lives, IF you are ready to meet the real you, underneath all that you’ve experienced and been taught, so you can find your true path, this is for you! We do ask that you only embark on this healing journey when you are ready, as this will bring many past experiences to the surface to work through with help of your trauma-informed healing coach. These treatments involve a combination of mediumship and intuition, Reiki, Shamanism, Guided Meditation, and shadow coaching. Our resident Healing Coach has over 20 years of experience and has held space for dozens of people while worked through their shadows to reach their full potential.

Shadow work is a transformative practice that involves delving into the unconscious aspects of ourselves—our "shadow." From an energetic perspective, this process is about recognizing, integrating, and healing the hidden parts of our psyche that often influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

Energetically, our shadows can manifest as blockages or imbalances within our energy system. These may arise from past traumas, repressed emotions, or societal conditioning. Engaging in shadow work allows us to bring these energies to the surface, illuminating patterns that no longer serve us and freeing up vital life force energy.

As we confront and embrace our shadows, we can release stagnant energy, fostering greater harmony within ourselves. This healing journey not only promotes personal growth but also enhances our energetic resilience, allowing us to align more fully with our authentic selves.
