You may have seen videos of this and wondered what all that gross stuff is in the water? Well, that is the toxins coming out of your body. We build up toxins every day in our lives, whether from pollution, heavy metals, pesticides, parasites, Mould, harsh chemical products, or overly processed foods. That is why we have a liver and lymphatic system - to help rid ourselves of all these things. However, in our modern world, we are bombarded more and more with things that are harmful to our body, leading to Illness and mental health concerns. 

You have thousands of sweat glands and pores in your feet, each primed to help you release harmful toxins from your body. There is also many studies proving the connection between specific points in the feet and the organs and regions of the body, which you may know from reflexology. This machine works by connecting different points of your body with an electric current (completely non-harmful), pulling all the toxins and heavy metals down towards your feet and out into the water. 

 first session will be one hour long to go over everything and answer any questions, with subsequent sessions being 45 minutes. Expect to spend 30 minutes in the foot bath, and feel free to bring a book or device if you would prefer. Cathy, your holistic service provider, will sit with you if you would like, or check in every 10 minutes to see how things are moving along. 

During your appointment, your feet will be placed into a foot bath with warm water and salt, while a belt will be placed around your waist and band around your hand. An array is then placed into your foot bath to connect with the belt and band, creating a circuit that runs through your body. All you have to do now is just relax for the next 30 minutes and let the machine do its work! It is likely you will begin to see a change in your water quite quickly, with full results at the end of the 30 minutes. Your Holistic Practitioner will check on you every 10 minutes, answering any questions or explaining what they see in your water. At the end of your session, they will fully explain what you were able to detox, washing the dirty water from your feet.
